REFUND POLICY
Changed your mind? No worries!
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, with no need to provide a reason.
How to proceed step by step
1. Notify us about your return
Send an email to betta@bettaknit.com including:
- your order number
- the items you wish to return
You will receive a confirmation email with full return instructions.
2. Prepare the package
Make sure the items:
- are unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition
- are in their original packaging, with all tags, bands, and accessories
- are not digital products, PDF files, or customized items
Include the return confirmation email in the box, and use a package similar in size and shape to the original one.
3. Ship at your own expense
The package must be sent within 14 days of our confirmation to the following address:

You can use any courier or postal service of your choice.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Bettaknit will refund only the value of the returned products, excluding any original shipping fees.
5. Refund timeline
If your return meets all the above conditions, your refund will be processed:
- within 14 days of receiving the returned items
- using the same payment method used for the original order
Important notes
- We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
- Returns must be sent in a single shipment.
- We will not refund products that are:
- used or damaged
- without original packaging
- digital, in PDF format, or personalized
